As the mind becomes calm, the breath, which was originally coarse, becomes correspondingly lighter and more refined. The object of mind also becomes increasingly subtle and refined.
I felt a sudden rush of something in my heart.
‘In the seen, only the seen.
In the heard, only the heard.
In the sensed, only the sensed.
In the cognised, only the cognised.
Then, Bāhiya, there will be no ‘’you” in connection with that.’
