Out on a Limb: Reflections of a Slow Learner, by Patricia Myerson

Out on a Limb; Reflections of a Slow Learner illustrates how Buddhist meditation practice taught me to forgive and befriend myself, and then to forgive others. It is a pragmatic and intimate look at healing old wounds through meditation.

Patricia Myerson has been a student and practitioner of Tibetan Buddhist meditation for thirty-five years, and worked as an interfaith hospital chaplain for eight years. She lives in New England with her watchful cat Nandi; and posts comics on instagram @JustBeComics.
