Morning meditation: Anatta Literally Means.

‘Anatta literally means not-self.
Bad translations are no Soul, no Ego.
Belief of self is so deep it’s thought of as real. Awakening dissolves the idea of both self and not self.
Emptiness (Sunyatā) is a synonym for the insight of seeing not-self (anatta).’

Everyday Buddhism

On our Twitter account, Buddhism Now @Buddhism_Now, most mornings we post a ‘morning meditation’ like the one above.

On the net, of course, it’s morning, afternoon, evening, or nighttime 😀 somewhere.
