Evening Meditation: When we say that there is no self.

  1. I don’t get “worried or angry”. I just find it hard to understand the concept despite reading numerous books. Maybe I’m not clever enough to be a Buddhist!😣

    • 😀 Buddhism hasn’t anything to do with being clever Christo.

      Not self is so often presented as a nihilistic condition instead of an insight into awakening — Buddha.

      Awareness is the key to all of the Buddha’s teachings.
