  1. Whilst listening to this talk (and many others by Ajahn Sumedho, I find myself reflecting on life s I see it. At work, as a GP, reflecting on these aspects of mindfulness, attachment and awareness helps to increase the engagement and understanding between myself and patients, taking the ‘therapeutic’ business of the Doctor-Patient transaction into a meaningful conversation about realities and what really is helpful and therapeutic. Better outcomes all round. More peace and compassion all round.
