  1. I love the four Noble Truths and I often forget about them. Thank you for sharing the video!

    We must force our selves to take the time and to be removed from the daily grind.

    • Hi Courtney,
      You do not have to ‘force’ yourself into anything as that would constitute an action out of aversion. However we need to be mindful of subtle things like forgetting the noble truths or forgetting to count our breaths. Force breeds aversion.
