On the net, of course, it’s morning, afternoon, evening, or nighttime 😀 somewhere.

  1. Will habits not disappear per se but become replaced by new less-vicious ones?

    • Cheers Victor,

      We can help ourselves by turning awareness into our ‘natural tendency or habit’.

      Then there’s something else that we realise, spontaneous action replaces our habits.
